Klots family papers
This collection is primarily the incoming correspondence of Agnes Klots (1879-1936) written to her by her husband Alfred Partridge Klots (1875-1939) and their son Trafford Partridge Klots (1913-1976), both of whom were internationally known artists.
Klots family papers supplement
This collection consists of exhibition catalogs, newspaper clippings, photographic materials, some correspondence, and two scrapbooks related to the Klots family. It primarily contains materials focusing on Trafford Partridge Klots' (1913-1976) career as an artist, spanning from the 1950s to the 1970s.
Lawrence J. Connolly manuscript collection
This collection contains correspondence of Lawrence J. Connolly during his service in World War I. He sent many letters to his mother and father while serving with the United States Army in France. Documents related to the Baker family, such as bills of sale for slaves, are also included.
Lieutenant George Brown Jr. letters
Collection consists of 17 letters of correspondence from Lieutenant George Brown Jr., addressed to Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Rasin of Baltimore during his time spent fighting in Europe during World War I. Also included are 5 miscellaneous letters from other soldiers at the front.
Louis A. M. Krause papers
The papers of Louis A. M. Krause, M.D. (1896-1975) document his life and career, from his education in Baltimore schools to his later speeches and articles. Abundant material is available from his years of military service in World Wars I and II. In addition to his own travel diaries and correspondence, there are papers from two sisters and a brother.
Mary Josephs Fowler collection
This collection contains the writings and correspondence of Mary Josephs Fowler, a field nurse during World War I, and a prolific writer.
McFee photograph collection
This collection includes photographs taken or collected by Eugene Gwynn McFee, staff photographer for the Baltimore American, 1913-1919. The images reveal everyday life in Baltimore, the effects of World War I on soldiers, recreational activities, and Woodrow Wilson's funeral, among others. The dates of the collection span 1900-1930.
McNeal-Watters-Preston-Munnikhuysen papers
The papers in the collection span more then 200 years, from 1776 to 1981. The materials consist of letters, diaries, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, business correspondence and photographs relating to the McNeal, Watters, Preston, and Munnikhuysen families.
Redwood collection
This collection contains primarily letters from Lt. George Buchanan Redwood (1888-1918) to his mother Mary Buchanan Coale Redwood (1861-1940) as well as the sympathy letters she received after he was killed in action on May 28, 1918 during World War I. Also included in the collection is the correspondence of William E. Coale (1816-1865) and George Buchanan Coale (1819-1887) and a volume of poems entitled "Random Rhymes at Truant Times" belonging to John Greene Proud, Jr. (1813-1883).
